No – but when you register you will be sent an accommodation booking form for the venue, so you can book your requirements at the special group rate.

To support sustainability, we now provide a compact printed booklet at the event, featuring key information on speakers, attendees, and exhibitors.

More detailed content and any shareable presentation slides will be available through our mobile conference app (where applicable).

The number of people that attend do vary but most of our conferences attract anything between 80-140 people.

Most of our conferences are attended by senior industrial organic chemists. Most have a PhD or a degree and several years experience.

Yes – please ask, we can provide you with one on completion of the event.

We usually book a 4 star hotel in an area close to an international airport. You will be sent a link to the venue so you can see what facilities they have eg swimming pool, gym, restaurants etc.

The conference will include morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunch on each day. We also arrange for a conference welcome reception with drinks on the first night of the event.  Please do let us know if you have any special dietary requirements so we can ensure you are catered for.

We suggest casual attire or something comfortable. You do not need to wear a jacket and tie. We suggest you bring a jumper or sweater, as sometimes the meeting rooms can vary in temperature.

Most of our conferences have a concurrent exhibition for providers of services and technology to process chemists. The exhibition is usually held adjacent to the conference room where we serve all refreshment breaks. All attendees get to visit the exhibition. While there is no formal poster session, we understand that presenting can be important for some attendees — especially academics.

We provide poster boards for academic attendees only, which will be displayed in the exhibition area and available for viewing during coffee breaks and lunch.

Yes, a delegate list will be available upon arrival at the conference, including the names and organisations of attendees. Please note that, in line with privacy regulations, no contact details will be shared.

Where available, you can also connect with other delegates via the Mobile Conference App for networking and messaging.
