More often than ideal, statistically designed experimental matrixes (DoE’s) include agitation speed (RPM) as a factor to be investigated. This is in spite of the well understood fact that 100 RPM in a bench reactor creates a completely different mixing environment than what an agitator in a plant reactor delivers at the same 100 RPM. This short webinar will outline a reliable method for the inclusion of suitable factors characterizing the mixing conditions in a reactor.
