Yes, when you register at the venue you will receive a full list of attendees with contact information.

We understand that some people can only attend a conference if they present a poster, so we will provide poster boards for anyone who wishes to do so. These will be placed in the exhibition area for people to look at during the coffee breaks and lunch. There is no formal ‘Poster Session’ it runs concurrently with the exhibition.

Most of our conferences have a concurrent exhibition for providers of services and technology to process chemists. The exhibition is usually held adjacent to the conference room where we serve all refreshment breaks. All attendees get to visit the exhibition. If you would like to exhibit, please contact us.

We suggest casual attire or something comfortable. You do not need to wear a jacket and tie. We suggest you bring a jumper or sweater, as sometimes the meeting rooms can vary in temperature.

We reserve bedrooms in the hotel which usually include breakfast. The conference will include morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunch on each day. We also arrange for a conference welcome reception with drinks on the first night of the event.

We usually book a 4/5 star hotel in an area close to an international airport. You will be sent a link to the venue so you can see what facilities they have eg swimming pool, gym, restaurants etc.

Yes – please ask, we can provide you with one on completion of the event.

Most of our conferences are attended by senior industrial organic chemists. Most have a PhD or a degree and several years experience.

The number of people to attend vary: for a very specialised event the number could be 50-60 but most of our conferences attract 70-100 people.

You will receive a folder containing most of the slides presented during the conference. This will include key references for the future.

No – but when you register you will be sent an accommodation booking form for the venue, so you can book your requirements at the special group rate.
